Downs Crematorium
The Downs Crematorium, is set in beautifully landscaped grounds, the crematorium offers a calm environment with trees, flowers, water features and wildlife, perfect for quiet reflection.
There are two chapels, their main chapel seats 80 people and the family chapel seats 24 people and can be used for more intimate services.
Both chapels are equipped with a music system and a hearing loop so no part of the service is missed.
The crematorium also has access for the less-abled and accessible toilet facilities.
Their peaceful gardens of remembrance offer a variety of personalised memorials for you to choose from, including scattering, wall niches and plaques, benches, roses and private gardens.
There is also a ‘Letters to Heaven’ post-box where letters can be posted to your loved ones. This is in a seated area overlooking the rose beds

I will arrange a time to meet with you at your home, or suitable alternative meeting place.
Or an online meeting can be arranged if you prefer.
During the meeting I will ask you to provide me with as much information as possible about the person who has died.
You may find it helpful to have a relative or close friend with you at this time.
